Support Hub - Create New Ticket
Love the new lay out of the support hub for creating new tickets.
Would there ever be an option to choose a group share with vs having to manually key the all the email addresses of those within our company that need to be aware of the ticket,
Below is what we had with the JIRA Support tickets:
Share with*
1. Share with (Data Furnisher Company Name - Web Issues)
2. Share with (Data Furnisher Company Name - API Issue)
3. No One
