Request: Case Review Queue Routing Controls

We understand that restricted permissions can be used to route ACDVs into Case Review, and that portion is working as expected.

We would like to submit an enhancement request for either queue-level routing controls or an Operator permission control within the Case Review queue. Ideally, designated reviewers would be the only unrestricted users able to retrieve and work these items through “Get Next,” rather than making the items available to all senior ACDV respondents.

This functionality would help teams better manage Case Review ownership, limit unnecessary queue access, and ensure items are reviewed by the appropriate designated users.
