Develop a solution to include inquiry disputes in e-OSCAR or another repository to eliminate handling paper-based inquiry disputes.
Paper disputes require manual handling, mailing, and physical storage, which slows down resolution times.
Mailing consumer information poses significant security risks. Physical mail can be lost, stolen, or intercepted, exposing sensitive information.
