Mandate ECOA code

ECOA code on ACDV form is not a mandatory field as of now. however it is required to fill ECOA code to confirm that relation of the CM with the account. Not filling ECOA code is a Compliance issue and beyond FCRA guidelines. It is required to mandate ECOA code

ECOA code is currently a mandatory non-blank field on ACDV Requests, AUD, and Block Rescission Requests. If you have examples of transactions that did not include an ECOA code on them, please email screenshot (obscuring all consumer PII) to Joel Strickalnd at jstrickland@newmgtservices.com
