Add Dispute Code 2 to ACDV Activity Report
Currently, only Dispute Code 1 is listed in the ‘Dispute Code’ field of the ACDV Activity Report. This request adds Dispute Code 2 to ACDV Activity Report (either in the same column or in an additional column).

This would be tremendously helpful for our internal reporting, as our dispute codes are split between multiple teams for investigation, but our internal reporting is at a team-level. -

Joel Strickland AdminThanks for the suggestion. The ACDV Activity Report within the Insights by e-OSCAR reporting suite includes both Dispute Code 01 and Dispute Code 02. Access to Insights is free and open to all Data Furnisher companies (visit https://www.e-oscar.org/insights-by-e-oscar for more information). As such, we will not be adding DC02 to the Activity Report within the e-OSCAR System.
