Retain Sort Order in Worklist and Work Queue

Currently, if a user views the work queue or worklist and uses the sort feature, then opens a case from the sorted list, when they return to the list, the original sort order is not kept, and they must re-sort the list. This request would have the user’s selected sort order retained in the worklist and the work queue.

Joel Strickland AdminMaking changes to sort order impacts the overall performance of the UI experience and as a result, we will not be looking to make a change to allow a sticky sort on the workqueue or worklist. Instead, a new suggestion has been proposed to make updates to Case Search> Saved Searches.
