It would be very useful if instead of a "get next" button which often brings me to the DR notification Queue, There was a button that would allow me to return to the queue I'm working. IE:ACDV would bring me back to the Incoming ACDV Queue. AUD would bring me back to the Incoming AUD Queue. Right now I have to go Home>Incoming ACDV>Click next in line every time.

The current Get Next functionality is intended to bring up the next transaction in order (by response due date for ACDVs or create date for notification transactions).
