3rd Party Collection Agenty Reinsertion

Currently 3rd party Collection Agencies cannot submit Re-insertions, and need to submit to the CRA's to request the reinsertion allow 3rd party collection agency data furnishers to process this reinsertion.

Currently, companies whose e-OSCAR business type is Collection Agency, Debt Purchaser or Factoring Company are not allowed to submit Reinsertion Requests through the e-OSCAR System. These companies should contact individual Consumer Reporting Agencies for further guidance
