Filter the report by Response Due Date
Presently we pull the activity report based on date received and usually select the dates for last 30 days. This report usually need to be pulled twice or thrice due to E-Oscar limitations. After report is pulled, we need to remove already responded cases and filter out the Units that we work on and later manually sort the response due date from oldest to newest to get to know the number of cases that were nearing SLA. This activity takes lot of time and manual efforts.
If we could pull the report with criteria of response due date, it would reduce lot of manual efforts get hold of cases which are nearing SLA deadline.

This sort of reporting and filtering capabilities exist within the Insights by e-OSCAR business intelligence application. Access to Insights is free and open to all Data Furnisher companies (visit https://www.e-oscar.org/insights-by-e-oscar for more information). As such, we will not be adding this feature within the e-OSCAR System. -
