Allow for Export Capabilities for Operator Activity Report

Currently, the Operator Activity Report cannot be exported out of the e-OSCAR System. This request will create an ‘Export to CSV’ option for the Operator Activity Report following the report run and results returned.

Could we also add a time stamp for each item to this report? Being able to see the time that ACDV's were submitted would be helpful for productivity reporting
