Bulk Transaction Transfer
When auto assigning ACDV's or other transactions, example I have Data Furnisher John Smith, accidentally auto assign himself 50 ACDV's from the work queue and we want or need those transactions back into the queue, without having to transfer one by one transaction, create a section that has the user for Administrators only, in order for them to be able to move work volume in bulk between queues and users, this way the work volume in numbers can also be transferred, not only in skill based routing.

Joel Strickland AdminWhile we recognize the need for bulk transfer we have evaluated this request and have attempted the use of bulk transfer in a lower environment and the impacts to the performance of the application are not acceptable. We will no longer consider this type of enhancement.
