Account type drop down

I am currently work for a college that reports past due accounts to the credit bureaus. We report our accounts as a 01-unsecured account type. However, when answering E-Oscar disputes, the drop down does not allow for 01-unsecured response. The only response that I can pick that is related to my dispute is 12-education.
I was hoping that you could explore adding that dropdown option of 01-unsecured to match the credit bureau reporting.

Joel Strickland AdminWhere a Business Type is SL - Student Loan, the only available Account Types according to the Metro 2 Consumer Reportiing Resource Guide and e-OSCAR validation rules are 12 or 15. 01-Unsecured is not an acceptable Account Type.
