AUD Notifications - Add Operator ID of the user that submitted original AUD to the form

Currently, AUD Notification does not tell the Notification Viewer who processed the original AUD. This request would add the "Operator ID" of the user who submitted the related AUD to the case summary of the AUD Notification.
