Using Account Type as option for skill management

Having an extra option in skills, to include account types. Being able to be very specific with the types of disputes received and make those visible to only certain people would be helpful. For example, HELOC's would fall into the same portfolio type as regular LOC's, however, those are worked by two different departments. Being able to be specific with account type: 89 HELOC, means we could be be very specific with the skills vs. something as vague as the portfolio type
