Expand the Availability of 'Work Status' in Case Search

Currently, only ACDV case search allows a user to search by ‘Work Status’. Additionally, only operators with the ‘Manager’ operator type have the capability to use this search criteria. This request adds the ‘Work Status’ criteria to other case types in case search. It also adds the capability to search by ‘Work Status’ (all case types) to operators with the ‘User’ operator type as well as those with the ‘Manager’ operator type.
