Flagging Duplicate Disputes as Frivolous or Irrelevant

Allow DRAs to flag or respond to repeat disputes as frivolous or irrelevant. When a COJ has been signed and payments are being made, this is obviously not a fraudulent account; or when a consumer disputes how an account is reporting days before making a payment on a current loan account just so the information is updated after they've made their payment and prior to month end.
