Allow for Multiple Requests for Archives by Case Type

Currently, an Operator can request an archive (for a single case type) on an ad-hoc or reoccurring basis. Only one schedule is allowed at one time (i.e. it is not possible to have a recurring schedule as well as a one-time schedule). This request is to allow a Data Furnisher to have more than one archive request at a time, regardless of case type or reoccurring schedule type selected. Additionally, this request would allow the ability to schedule an additional daily/weekly/monthly reoccurring request on top of an existing daily/weekly/monthly recurring or ad-hoc archive request (possibly for a different daily/weekly/monthly selection) for the same case type
