Update Report Export Names to include Data Furnisher and Report Type

Currently, e-OSCAR reports leverage the same naming convention as legacy. This request is to adjust the naming convention to include Data Furnisher Name, Report Type and Download Date. This could be adjusted for any/all case and report types. The intended file-naming convention could be: {File Download Date} - {eOSCAR Report Name} - {Data Furnisher Name}.csv (for example, 2021-11-15 ACDV Archive – Bob’s Bank.csv)
