Overall Transaction History Reporting

Currently, e-OSCAR doesn’t offer reporting to see the lifecycle of a dispute or update, from receiving an ACDV and responding or submitting an AUD to receiving the related Notification(s) to include submitting a BRR or Reinsertion Request. Going forward we would look to provide a means to review all active and closed transactions and notifications in one view or list. It’s possible this could be done in e-OSCAR directly or through Insights by e-OSCAR.
